Kingsley Kwaku Pinkrah is the Founder and President of Success Hub International Institute, a visionary institution committed to driving economic empowerment through entrepreneurship, innovation, and skills development.
He is also the Founder and CEO of the Community and Entrepreneurial Development Initiative (CEDI Ghana), a leading non-profit dedicated to tackling poverty and youth unemployment in Ghana.
As a multiple award-winning social entrepreneur and business consultant, Kingsley has been widely recognized for his leadership and impact.
His accolades include Africa’s Social Entrepreneur of the Year (2017), 40 Under 40 Social Entrepreneur of the Year (2017),
Future of Ghana 30 Under 30 Award (2018), Young Professional Role Model Award (2018), and recognition among The Future Awards Africa’s 50 Most Outstanding Young Ghanaians.
He is also an Honoree Awardee for Community Action and was named one of the 2025 50 Most Influential
People of African Descent (MIPAD) alongside global icons such as Oprah Winfrey and Strive Masiyiwa.
Kingsley has served as an advisory mentor for several prestigious global initiatives, including the Queen Elizabeth II Young Leaders Programme, President Clinton’s Global Initiative University, the Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship Programme, and the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) by the U.S. Government.
He currently serves as Chair of the Queen’s Commonwealth Trust (QCT) Ghana Chapter and as Inclusion Lead for QCT across the Commonwealth, where he champions equity and creates opportunities for young changemakers under the patronage of His Majesty King Charles III.
