The Success Network is a transformative initiative designed to empower entrepreneurs in Ghana by fostering connections, sharing knowledge, and enabling growth. Building on the success of the E-Jobs4All program which addresses poverty and youth unemployment by nurturing young entrepreneurs,the Success Network provides a platform for sustained development, collaboration, and the scaling of businesses.

This accelerator is more than just a program,it is a thriving community of like minded individuals dedicated to transforming their ventures and the broader economic landscape of Ghana. The Success Network supports Ghanaian entrepreneurs and youth to succeed. It is a vibrant network for entrepreneurs, and youth who are determined to thrive in life. We offer training, mentorship, and funding to help build and grow businesses, while connecting members to life changing opportunities through the support of Queen’s University, Leadogo Incorporated, and Community and Entrepreneurial Development Initiatives (CEDI Ghana).

Eligibility Criteria

1. Be a Ghanaian with a strong desire to grow personally and professionally.
2. Be actively running a business or have a clear plan to launch one within the next six months.
3. Be committed to participating in weekly virtual sessions and scheduled in-person events.
4. Be ready to contribute to the community by sharing experiences, offering support, and engaging with peers.
