Prof. Matt Hawksley is a seasoned leader and changemaker with over 20 years of global experience in operations, entrepreneurship, and organizational development. He holds an MBA from the University of Missouri, a Master’s in Management, Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Queen’s University, and a BBA in Business & French from Mount St. Mary’s University. Matt is the Founder & CEO of Leadogo Inc. ("Leaders in doing Good"), a social impact network championing personal growth and systems change. A key architect of the E-Jobs4All program, he empowers youth in Ghana to overcome poverty through entrepreneurship. He also co-founded initiatives like Culture-EX and PhotoDripAI, and currently serves as Head of Operations at Lightbody Marketing. As Professor at St. Lawrence College and former Manager at Queen's Smith School of Business, Queen’s University, Matt has led award-winning programs in leadership, innovation, and social impact.
