Paluck Kohli Profile

Paluck Kohli is an experienced Indigenous relations leader, impact measurement specialist, and social entrepreneur. She currently serves as Manager of Indigenous Relations at the City of Vancouver, Canada, where she co-develops outcomes measurement frameworks for the UNDRIP Action Plan in partnership with the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations. Paluck is also the Co-Founder and Chief Impact Officer at Leadogo, where she channels her passion for social impact into empowering communities through strategic innovation. With over a decade of cross-sector experience including roles at Social Innovation Canada, SOCAP Global, and Queen's University, Paluck brings a unique blend of systems thinking, decolonized methodologies, and human-centered design to her work. Her background in business economics and a Master’s in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Smith School of Business, Queen’s University, Canada inform her dynamic approach to changemaking.
